This is the best crew for loot against the chimera. Tolra with Toli Synergy is offering Loot and also the chance for extra shots. Making a more viable crew than the E-Pic officers who will not work here. This is an advanced crew generaly and rely on you having Max B'Elanna Torres, Neelix etc below deck for abilities. Also Tom Paris (stack Defence) for mitigation and the Doc for more loot. Other than the very highest players will be able to hit high levels without needing boosts from Cerritos and Titan.
