This crew requires you to have Severus with full synergy, his Captains manouve requires YOUR ship to be burning which is a special ability of the silent enemies. Add Hugh, Belanna Torres and the doctor below deck for additional loot and fire power, but consider swapping for Paris should you need extra mitigation(i.e. you lose shields without him and are taking too much damage)
