The D'Vor Feesha is an Epic Grade 4 Survey ship available from player level 35, built around a Dx mining laser that efficiently mines Concentrated Latinum -- a resource that refines into Latinum and further D'Vor Feesha upgrades. It's the direct upgrade path from the base D'Vor rather than a ship you build from a standing start.
To unlock the D'Vor Feesha you first upgrade your base D'Vor to Tier 6 or higher, then scrap it for D'Vor Advanced Data Cores -- the exact amount scales with the tier you scrapped: 0 cores below Tier 6, 12 at Tier 6 (levels 26-30), 30 at Tier 7 (31-35), 60 at Tier 8 (36-40), and 120 at Tier 9 (41-45). Those cores convert into blueprints through the D'Vor-Feesha Blueprints bundle in the Latinum Refinery. The higher your base D'Vor's tier before scrapping, the faster you'll have a complete Feesha.
The Feesha's specialized mining laser gives a large efficiency boost specifically on Concentrated Latinum, well beyond what the base D'Vor manages -- since the payoff scales with the ship's own mining bonus, stacking extra crew mining-speed officers on top matters less here than on a generic survey ship.
