The storied life of Emperor Philippa Georgiou has retained many twists and turns along the way. From her humble childhood spent getting by on the outskirts of the Terran Empire to claiming the Imperial throne itself, only to abdicate it for a new life in a parallel universe, Georgiou is quite the enigma. Yet, despite everything she's gone through, Philippa remains one of the most dangerous, cunning, and ambiguous people in both realms. It comes as no wonder that Section 31 needed her help and would subsequently recruit her repeatedly for their most daring and critical missions to protect the Federation. After traveling to the 32nd century with the Discovery crew, Georgiou experienced an unprecedented deteriorating condition caused by traversing through great lengths of space and time. Forced to leave her newfound crew behind in order to save her life, she made her way back into the 24th century with the help of the Guardian of Forever, where another chapter in the story of Philippa Georgiou could begin. Taking control of the Baraam under the guise of the enigmatic Madame Veronique du Franc, she established a booming entertainment venue, attracting all sorts of clientele and inadvertently providing Section 31 with a base of operations well beyond the borders allowed by the Treaty of Ka'Tann. Her unique set of skills and the strategically advantageous location of her new business venture played a critical role in defending the Prime Universe from the invasion of the Terran Empire. Now, regardless of the journey that brought her here, Georgiou is ready for her new life as a Section 31 agent and all the adventures it will bring.
