Division 12 (Update 96): what changed for your fleet
- Refits can now be earned, not only bought: the Skin of My Enemies events (October 15-19) give one to Voyager owners at Ops 34+, Excelsior owners at Ops 51+ and Kelcie Mae owners at Ops 61+.
- Do this first: if you own one of those three ships, play its event before October 19 -- you score with work you already do, plus ship tier-ups.
- Elite Battle Pass at Ops 61+: the new Haven Exchange gives one full Epic Haven structure, so compare the four before you pick.
- Kelcie Mae Blueprints are guaranteed in every T2 and T3 Territory zone for the November 1 rotation only; from December it is chance again.
- Safe to skip: the paid Chargh refits, and the new officer Rose Harper unless you fly the Ra'Ul Reaver.
This guide lists what Division 12 (Update 96, released October 15) changed, sorted by who it affects. It is for any Commander from Operations (Ops) level 20 upward, because the Battle Pass reaches down that far. The free refit events start at Ops 34. The new officer and the Haven Exchange need Ops 61.
A refit gives a ship a new look and a bonus. Until now you bought them in the store. The Skin of My Enemies events let you earn one with a ship you already own. Each event is a Heroic Solo Milestone event (SMS): you score by using the featured ship, and you also score by tiering the ship up. Voyager (Ops 34+): defeat Delta Quadrant hostiles with the U.S.S. Voyager. The Biosuperiority refit gives +75% base Isolytic Damage against Delta Quadrant hostiles. Excelsior (Ops 51+): defeat V'ger Fighters with the U.S.S. Excelsior. The Isolytic Replica refit gives +50,000% base Isolytic Damage against V'ger Fighters. Kelcie Mae (Ops 61+): mine Isogenite and Geodes with the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae. The Quantum Entanglement refit gives +10,000 base Cargo Capacity. The Skin of the Rival cross-server leaderboard runs at the same time, from Ops 34. Ops 34 to 60 score by spending materials on ship upgrades and by completing the Skin of My Enemies events. Ops 61+ score by spending Resonance Charges, by completing those events, and by building upgrades or research. The top three get the SNW Enterprise refit and the "Hit It" title.
The Supply, Starship and Officer Exchanges return. New on the Elite track, for a limited time: the Haven Exchange in the Event Store gives a full unlock of one Epic Haven structure. The choices are Zhal Makh Temple (Ops 63+), Captain's Lounge (Ops 61+), Klingon Opera House (Ops 61+) and Quark's Bar (Ops 71+). The Starship Exchange now also has Borg Sphere Blueprints and Parts. The Elite track also gives a full unlock of the Epic Romulan Bird of Prey refit (+250% to +2,000% base Standard Damage against non-Armada hostiles, by ship). It is in the store after the Battle Pass ends. The Officer Exchange offers one full Epic officer: WOK Montgomery Scott, Enterprise-E Riker or Gwen DeMarco at Ops 20 to 60, and WOK Montgomery Scott, VIL Winn Adami or TMP Hikaru Sulu at Ops 61 to 80. The Free track's last milestone gives a full Rare officer: Suder (Ops 20 to 60) or WOK Leonard McCoy (Ops 61+).

Rose Harper is an Epic officer for Ops 61+. Elite-track Battle Pass players earn her shards. Her captain ability changes the Ra'Ul Reaver's Sigma Feast raid: a bigger share of what the Reaver takes is Sigma-Dilithium. At rank 5, Sigma-Dilithium goes from 8% to 60% of the raid. Her below-deck ability adds +400% to +1,000% Isolytic Defense against players on FKR ships (Federation, Klingon and Romulan) or the U.S.S. Vengeance. If you do not fly the Ra'Ul Reaver or raid other players, she can wait.
From the November 1 Territory Capture rotation, the Kelcie Mae Blueprints service is guaranteed in every T2 and T3 Territory zone, for that one season only. From December 1 it goes back to a random chance. The "Upcoming Services" list can show Kelcie Mae Blueprints for zones that will not have it in December. The game team says this is a display problem, not a promise. If your Alliance wants the Kelcie Mae, plan to hold a T2 or T3 zone in November.
Crucible of War returns on November 2. The U.S.S. Dauntless's Seek and Destroy ability is more reliable: the ship gets stuck less and moves without a target less often. A new Battle Pass icon at the top right of the main screen shows your progress and opens the Battle Pass. The Unlock Elite button now shows the Elite offers side by side. Epic Klingon Chargh class refits are new in the store; they are paid only. A known bug is still open: the DONE button on the second Chest Summary screen can stop working after you bulk-claim more than 10 chests.
Ops 34 and up, if you own the Voyager, Excelsior or Kelcie Mae: do the matching Skin of My Enemies event before October 19. It is a free refit for work you would do anyway. Ops 61 and up with the Elite track: compare the Haven structures before you choose; it is one pick. Ops 20 to 60: the new officer and the Haven Exchange are not for you yet. Use the Free track for Suder. Safe to skip: the Chargh refits (paid) and Rose Harper, unless you fly the Ra'Ul Reaver.
